Disappointed at lack of communication - the company agreed to relocate my water cylinder and quoted me before it was done as they knew money was an aspect in my decision making - I have since been billed 3 weeks after the job with a ridiculous amount which doesn't add up with the initial quoted job. Still waiting on management to reply to me.... I would expect a better service from a company who markets themselves as leaders in their field...

Overall not a good experience. Also being treated rudely and lack of empathy over the after hour phone call. Switched to plumber recommended through a friend, much better services.
