I wouldnt recommend Turfrey's to anybody. I've had multiple dealings with them over the last few years and everything was fine until they closed the Waipukurau branch. I paid for a job to be completed over a month ago and was told I would be called to organize a time for them to come and do it. That phone call never came. Rang them several days ago and spoke to someone who said they will speak to the appropriate person to organize the job and they would call me back. That call never came. Tried multiple times today and only got voicemails. Spoke to someone in their support office in Hastings who said they will pass on a message for me to be called. Needless to say, im not holding my breath. This is just ridiculous, happy to take my money, and then just nothing
We bought a Weber BBQ from them. Knew the produce well and gave recommendations that have proven to be accurate. Helped out with delivery and good after sales service. Very pleased we chose them to get the BBQ.
