Their website boasts about their ability to “maintain, and repair all commercial refrigeration systems” including “Reach-in cases and Walk in Refrigerators and Freezers”. I called with a service request for a commercial reach-in refrigerator. After waiting for a call back for over 4 hours, I was told ‘they are not able to even look at the appliance and they don’t service commercial equipment or appliances’.

Great service! Knowledgeable, friendly people. They recently installed two heating and air conditioning units in my home. There price was reasonable and their work was outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Such great customer service and they were very diligent in helping us obtain the parts to get our A/C up and running the past few days! They even called today with a follow-up call to make sure I got the extra part we needed. We will make sure they are first on our list to call for all of our future needs!

I did not have a very pleasant first impression unfortunately. But I do appreciate the company making the situation right by apologizing and voiding the payment.
