We had 2 inspections today -- one for heating/AC by Cory Fisher and the other was a plumbing inspection performed by Michael Hal -- the first time we've had a plumbing inspection under our maintenance contract with DeHart. Kinda apprehensive about the plumbing one -- we're fine with having the inspection but, of course, hope he doesn't find anything -- $$$$. Both men were very pleasant, easy to ask questions, polite and efficient. Everything checked out just fine; no issues - yeah! Cory and Michael -- Thanks, Sherry & Dan

I found them on Angie's list on Tuesday, someone called me back the same day and gave me a quote for the repair I needed of $89. I made sure the person I spoke with knew exactly what I was asking for and he said yes $89. I schedule the appointment for Friday, I received a call on Wednesday to confirm my appointment. Friday comes and a lady(Adriana) or however you spell/say it, calls me 15 minutes before the Tech is to be out to my house and tells me that there is an $89 diagnostic fee and a $125 charge for him to do the repair. So because I really need this done I said sure whatever. I get to work and call her back to see if I didn't have the money where they just going to cancel my appointment last minute. She (Adriana)tells me No that they would work out a payment plan. Then she wants to make sure that I knew it was a $125 per hour for the repair not just a flat fee. We asked the Tech if they could fix the part that we called them out for, And the guy says yes but without doing all the other things that they recommend I would go through this all over again. Throughout all of this I was still willing to have the service done, And the guy just leaves without saying anything and not doing anything. Horrible Service!!!

We've been a member of De Hart's "Love Club" for annual checks of our HVAC systems for two years. Their inspections are not done quickly but are very detailed. They always spend over an hour checking a long list of items on the entire HVAC systems. When they leave they hand us a detailed list of all items inspected with recommendations for needed repairs if any are found. Their plumbing system check was new this visit, and every valve in the house was inspected. They even flushed the water heater and checked it out quite thoroughly. The main reason we're members of their "Love Club" with three annual inspections is that when we have a repair that needs done, we go to the head of the line and get service much more timely than non-members - usually in two to three days. We are in our 70s, and fast repair is very important to us.

Jason was thorough, personable, and very knowledgeable about the work involved. He explained everything in detail and made our decision easy. The sale was completed very efficiently and our needs were always taken into account. We feel like we can trust DeHart.

Jason was very polite and courteous as usual. He took care of replacing my filter vent while I was busy with another vendor. I trust Jason fully to do the job he was requested to do. I've always had great service with DeHart. Thank you!
