I was very happy with the service from Andrew and his team. They started the job promptly and worked with my schedule. They confirmed the time of arrival and hour ahead… and when they thought the plumber might be a little bit late as the last job ran over they called to let me know, which was great. He was on time, helpful, courteous and efficient. The standard of workmanship was excellent, and the advice he gave me was well considered. I will definitely be using Arrow Plumbing again for my next job.
Ashneel Raj did a good job mending the toilet situation. A bit of silicone residue left around the foot of the basin though. But other than that top notch work
Terrible communication Brian come to do the easy job not bothered about the rest of them.left a mess . I contacted with regards to other work and could not get a answer told them when bench was going in and call you back did not so contacted again will talk with plumber call you back in 10 minutes. 2 weeks later got a call back do you still want the work done. More like Brian wanted his money from auckland plumbers group. So received an invoice for fixing the tap washer for $175 ... I wanted all work done by you people but you could not understand this. BUT CONTACTED EURO PLUMBING WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH NO TROUBLES FOR THERE PLUMBER JOBS DONE IN HALF A DAY GAS HOB, DISHWASHER,TOILET SINK TAPS 5 STARS THERE..

Hired Arrow Plumbing to replace an old shower with a new one. When the old shower was being demolished, the lower corner of an adjacent wall was damaged, leaving a small hole. They promised to send someone over to patch up the hole but after 2 weeks of delaying they still didn't send someone over to fix the wall. In the end we had no choice but to fix it ourselves because the hole was holding up our tiler. Other than that, we were quite happy with the rest of the work.
