Good service and response time
Great company to deal with
Finished a new build before Christmas and have been thinking about the best contractors. I bought a portable pool for my daughters and decided Christmas night it would be a good idea to fill it quickly by disconnecting my water pipes from my water tank and get it done fast. Bad idea. 5 hours later it was midnight and had no water to my home. Defeated I went to bed. Following morning ( Boxing Day while everyone is in holiday mode) I sent a desperate text to Simon the owner. He called me and explained quickly how to bleed the air out of the line. You guys are legends and well deserve 5 stars . (My daughters and wife would have given 10 if possible after they knew we had water again) Thanks Simon to you and your friendly crew . Much appreciated . Ask Simon about his hot water heat pumps, they are awesome. Didn’t even know they existed but saves heaps on your power bill.
