Very poor customer service. Arrived 1/2 hour earlier than agreed (830am instead of 9am), we weren't home, taking kids to school, left me a message to call, no explanation of where he went or when he was going to return. During the next 35 mins i called 4 times, texted once, no answer. My last message was that we need to reschedule as I'm leaving to get on with my day with my son. He arrives as we are leaving, i tell it's too late, we've made plans. He says he's a busy guy, I tell him if he wants to change the arrival time he needs inform me the day before so I can plan to be there, he says he doesn't need to be here, he can work somewhere else, I said, that's right with that attitude you can go. As he's walking away he flips me the middle finger. He then calls the company that recommended him to me & denied it ALL. Even though my son saw it all. Never use this tradesperson. Reported it to the BBB as well.
