The guys from Service plus came to save the day for me after a water line burst in my house. They educated me about what had happened and i was quoted a fair price for the job being the end of the day.
Terrible service. One technician came to install a fan for my unit. I pressed an appliance main control by mistake and the fan could not be off. I asked him to come again, neither he or the person in the office told me that they charged service fee. After the technician came and turned the control off(did nothing else) he asked me for $195+GST service fee. I was entirely shocked
Very unprofessional service. I have Called them for some plumbing work at our gas station. Their mechanic started repairing the water tank and in between started saying you have defected pipes, defected water intake system and said to repair all of this it gonna cost $2500 if u want to repair tell us otherwise give me $200 for coming here and i will go.
