We had a leak coming from under our kitchen sink. We called Ryan and he was amazing. He came quickly, diagnosed the problem even more quickly, and got our plumbing fixed within an hour. Super nice guy. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

My husband noticed that the drywall was rotting by the shower and was concerned that there was an internal leak. We called Ryan and he was very responsive and came on time. After a short assessment, he advised us that the leak was actually coming from the space between the shower door and the floor and that we needed to get a thicker plastic insulation tape under the shower door. We had initially thought that we would need to rip out the shower wall and repair and internal leak. Ryan spent a few more minutes explaining that he was 97% sure and that there was no leak. The final and most amazing part was that he did not even charge us for his time. I am so impressed with his professionalism and honesty and would not hesitate to use his again as well as recommend him to everyone.

We have an old house with an electric boiler for our hot water and heat. The boiler had been shutting off on its own for the past 5 years … but we usually just restart it by flicking the breaker. 3 nights ago, the boiler finally died on us. With no water in the house, we contacted almost a dozen plumbers. Surprisingly, majority of plumbers around Vancouver do not service electric boiler system. Fortunately, we connected with Ryan at Hitman Plumbing and he was the silver lining to our misfortune. Great response time. Quality work. Knowledgable. Polite. Fair prices and very reasonable. Just don’t take my word for it – there are 40+ reviews hidden under the profile. He indulged my neuroticism to research and find the right boiler. Then he gave me the wholesale price for the new unit which saved us a ton of money! He went the extra mile with great service during the install and got us our hot water back before the weekend which is what I asked for. I would highly recommend him and call him again for our future plumbing needs. The cherry on top is that he’s also very pleasant and very funny to be around – turning what would otherwise be a stressful and unpleasant experience into a more enjoyable situation. I fully support his goal to be the number 1 plumbing company with 100% customer satisfaction and he’s well on his way to doing that.

I was dealing with my sewage problem in my basement for weeks - no company we called could fix it except for Ryan and the guys at Hitman Plumbing.
