Ok so this is not the first time that I've dealt with this company. While the first time I hired them wasn't the best I decided to call them back, as I really don't have time to put into looking for a different company that may turn out better or worse than this one. So my first experience with them so not too unpleasant, I wasn't too happy either. The person they sent wasn't fluent in English at all ( although I managed). I found them to not be very friendly and he looked a bit flustered a few times throughout. I also found them a bit pricy. Anyways fast forward to this time, I was faced with a few problems at home. My boiler wasn't working properly and also needed my toilet and sink checked. I also needed my bathub removed and converted into a walk in shower. So I decided to call despite my prior experience. I asked if I could get someone else ( someone who I could communicate with and who knew what they were doing). He apologized for my prior experience and told me he would give me a good deal and send one of his best workers. So a couple days later (as we agreed) he sent someone to help me with the work I needed done. What a huge difference from the first time. He definitely sent me probably his best worker. He was pleasant and polite, and very fluent in English. I was very satisfied with his performance and he finished everything in a timely manner. I also found the price reasonable despite the small discount he gave me. I also asked for a quote regarding something else I needed done and found it to be reasonable. I have to admit that i was very aprehensive about calling East West a second time, however if I compare both experiences, it's like night and day. I appreciated the excellent work that this person did so much that I gave him a $60 tip. I would definitely call them again but I would definitely ask for the same person they sent me the second time around. Glad that they have improved and that they do have at least a few good people working for them.

Charged my mother 1300 to start a job then demanded another 1200 to finish. They didn’t even do what was required to begin with. Previous reviews reviews are testaments of their work ethic. Beware or these guys.

You may want to remind your driver that he is a moving billboard for your company, and if speeds and almost rear ends someone that it reflects poorly on you as a whole.

Stupid company ever, can not believe why they park their car on the road and block other cars passing, block city collection cars passing.

My boiler stopped working and East West Plumbing came to my house and pushed a switch to start my boiler charged me $80 and when I asked what him what he did he replied "it's magic" I thought this to be very unprofessional and when I asked why my boiler kept shutting off I was told that it was backfire and that I would have to replace it.......... Forward two weeks now and I have the same problem so this time I called another company. This technician was extremely professional and told me that the only problem with my boiler was that it was over heating due to a lack of ventaltion and all I had to do was replace my bi fold doors to my boiler room now my boiler is working just fine. I highly would not recommend this company. The technician who was the owner of the company had planted a seed knowing that my boiler would shut off again and that chances would be that I would phone him again and he would just tell me to replace the boiler and set me back about $5000.
