These guys were fantastic to work with. Sam and the team have helped us at our office building and at our home and both times they went above and beyond our expectations. They came out last minute when we were in a pinch on a remodel and needed to have something done ASAP. They were in and out and we were able to complete the project on schedule. At home, they came on the weekend and sorted us out when we had water coming through our ceiling. Fair priced. Good people.

When my kitchen faucet started leaking I found Vancouver City Plumbing through a Google search. It was late in the evening so I texted the number on the website and Sam replied within the hour letting me know an employee would be out the following morning to take a look. The next day Martin showed up, quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to install the part later that same day once I had picked it up from the supplier. Appreciated their personable and professional service and transparent pricing. Great experience dealing with Martin and VCP, would definitely recommend them!

I had vancouver city plumbing come and fix my bathroom. Everything went fine and it was working. A week later it stopped working and even started leaking. I called to have them come fix it and they said they couldn’t for a week. I need a bathroom so i had to call and have another plumber fix their mistake.
