My experience was nothing but positive with the plumber who had an extremely difficult time clearing the clog. As difficult as it was he obviously has a strong work ethic with a determination to do the best job.

Called him up. He gave me an estimate and stuck to it. Sent his nephew over for 12 pm but he arrived 1/2 hour early. Very punctual. Had a clogged cleanout from the washing machine. 30 minutes was all it took to unclog the blockage. Did not charge anything extra for overtime or weekend rate even though they came on a holiday Monday. Wow. Tremendous service and rates.
