Trotter & Morton Facility Services Vancouver

I called to get a quote to install some fans at our small warehouse in Vancouver. The salesperson I spoke with did not come out to site or anything, but asked me on the phone if I had a budget, I said no that we were collecting various quotes and just gathering information. He asked if our budget was $25K or higher and I said no it was not. Again, we have a very small warehouse that needs about 2-3 fans installed. He then said "would you consider something around $5K" and I said likely. Then he said he didn't want to quote the job. So I said okay. Pretty strange interaction to be honest. We have had other HVAC companies come to view our warehouse and send us quotes, so I don't know what this guy thought were were all about. At the very least I would have loved to see the actual $25,000 quote. It seemed like he didn't want to put a second more into preparing anything. Can't say I would recommend since they basically refused to provide a quote.

Can't beat the service.
