Creative Plumbing technician was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I had my toilet replaced, tub drain and leak under my bathroom sink fixed in no time and at a good rate. The service manager gave me a quick estimate on a installation for my laundry room and hot water tank. I will only use Creative Plumbing for my home and business as I support businesses that look after and take care their customers!

Creative Plumbing came out to my home 2 days ago and installed a new hot water tank and I am so happy with the job they did and with their professionalism. They were prompt, did a great job and I ended up paying less than I expected. They were very kind when I was so panicked about the water leaking from my old tank. They dealt with everything and I would never call anyone else.

This “Company” deserves 0 stars. I went 18 DAYS without hot water because of this “Company”. They came to look at our water heater and said it needed a part from Toronto and it would take a week. When the part came in they sent a tech high on drugs to fix it. He passed out in his car (which we have video of) and then said he had to go home he was sick and would come back the next day. Two days later - no tech. He finally comes back and says he can’t fix it and in his opinion get a new water heater as this one is not worth fixing. My landlord buys another water heater from Rona and then the manager from Creative calls saying he wants another chance to fix it. He says my landlord will lose out on hundreds of dollars and says he’s coming regardless. They come and fix it and now a month later it’s broken AGAIN. We have a one year warranty on the service and when we called he REFUSES to come look at it. This is not a Company this is a shady shady group of people calling themselves that. Shame on you Creative Plumbing!

We have had to deal with Creative Plumbing and Heating several times and we will continue to use their service, whenever needed. They do a great job and charge a very reasonable price. Excellent staff and repair men! Thank you Creative Plumbing.

Had these guys in to fix my bathroom plumbing and was beyond happy. The tech who came was extremely helpful and was extremely efficient in his work. I would definitely use them again for anything else I should have to use plumbing or drainage for. I will be passing there name along.
