I had an appointment set up for November 09, 2019. I don't remember the technician's name but he came on time. The problem we had took like 3 minutes to figure out. The pilot light had gone out and just needed to be re lit. After the work I paid the technician and he said he wouldn't charge me for the service fee next time as there was literally no work done this time around. He did mention things that could need to be looked at in the future and estimates on them in case I need them. Overall great service who are knowledgeable technicians. If I do need my fireplace replaced I will be calling these guys again and I hope next time I don't get charged the service fee to come out as you promised!
Dan was on time,very professional and friendly. He explained what he was doing during the maintenance process and provided valuable information about my fireplace.
Very professional Company . technician showed up on time for the appointment . . The job was very clean and comes with warranty. Definitely would use it again. Honest and excellent job. highly recommended , will Call them again.
