John came on time, gave us a clear sense of costs, and did a good job getting our toilet, flange, and pipes put back together. Having watched him work, it was pretty safe to say that I could not have done it myself. Better to get it done properly and save ourselves the inevitable problems from another shoddy job.

I got in touch with Drips & Drains to ask about having a new sink plumbed in our bathroom. Laurel got back to me within less than an hour of me submitting the inquiry and was very helpful and patient in dealing with all my questions. Ben personally came to look at what needed to be done before giving me a quote which was very much appreciated. When John and Julian came to complete the work they were very professional, efficient and friendly. They were able to deal with the quirks of our setup without any trouble and the quality of the work is great. I will be calling Drips & Drains again next time I need plumbing work done.

Wow...plumber said he'd be there at 8:30 and arrived 10 minutes early. John installed the faucet I'd bought ..but a part was faulty so he went to supplier and returned in record time! What a pleasant fellow and gave us great advice for a future call back. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber! Thanks for a great experience from start to finish.
