Called them 2 weeks ago for an estimate for a new Furnace and Heat Pump. Someone showed up and barely looked around but that was it, no estimate, no phone call, no email......nothing. Horrible customer service, Glad I found someone else that wanted me to pay their business 15K

Because of a tech at service plus, our flange was not installed and everything was not sealed properly in our bathroom causing us to phone mr.Rooter and blow an extra 900 on brand new modern toilet. Service plus picked a toilet that was from 2014. I do not recommend them at all to anyone!!! Should do the job properly the 1st time and thank you for helping us spend 900dollars on brand new toilet parts. MR.ROOTER PLUMBING IS THE WAY TO GO.

Service MINUS. The so-called "service" at this business has been wretched. I paid $1200 to install a top-of-the-line humidifier that has failed to protect my costly business inventory, resulting in literally thousands of dollars in damaged product every winter. Every year I call and ask for a manager to investigate, and they are only willing to send a tech (for which I must pay) and I am told the unit is functioning just fine (providing only 30% humidity when I need 40-50%). I would think a service business would want to send someone to correct the problem under warrantee after receiving yearly complaints, but they only seem to care about being paid to troubleshoot and not to fix a problem clearly evident from time of install.

Professional, knowledgable, fast, quality service. Furnace stopped working during Christmas Holidays. Joel attended and sussed out the problem within minutes. He returned the following week to replace the heat exchanger in less time than he had originally estimated, and went out of his way to qualify us for a substantial rebate from Carrier. Joel clearly cared about doing a great job not only with the mechanicals, but also with the client experience. It was a pleasure having him in our home - easy to talk to and no fuss.
