Jamie and his guys/gals were a real pleasure to deal with. They know their stuff inside and out. I had Jamie and his crew do a ton of work, from plumbing to HVAC ducting, furnace relocation, A/C, and on demand hot water (well worth the upgrade FYI). Jamie will be upfront and honest with what you need and don't need. No high pressure selling here; if you don't need it, he'll let you know that. Communication was great as well. His crew showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the work in the specified times. All of this was done at reasonable rates compared to the other quotes/estimates I received. Great value all around! I'll definitely be calling Johnson Walsh if I ever have plumbing/hvac needs in the future.

Extremely understanding! They provided us with a quote for our commerical Rooftop unit that went down during the heat wave this summer. Within 7 days of receiving the quote, Johnson Walsh had the unit ordered, delivered, installed, and running! Amazing! Would recommend these guys to anyone in Kamloops!!

Great doing business with ...

We've used this company twice now. Once to service our furnace and again to replace a broken part on our furnace when it stopped working. They were quick to assist during this cold winter and were really great to work with! Fair pricing and reliable, would definitely recommend! :-)
