I have had Miles Plumbing perform multiple jobs on my old house. They were quick and the repairs were good. The price was very reasonable. The only negative is that they have been too busy twice for emergency work (active waterline leaks).

Made an appointment for between 2:30pm - 4pm. At 3:50 I phoned to see if they were going to make it only to find out they weren't coming at all because they were too busy on other jobs. I had to leave work early for this and even though they inconvenienced me and made me lose money from work they made no attempt to accommodate us. They simply said I would have to reschedule. My experience with other companies when something similar happens is some sort of accommodation for the inconvenience and loss of money to make up for it and Miles Plumbing didn't seem to care at all. I won't ever phone them again. Edit: Miles Plumbing responded 1 year after I posted this saying this is a fake review. This is not a fake review, this was my experience. The fact that this is their response now is just one more reason to go elsewhere. Avoid this company.
