Extremely poor customer service. Spent more time blaming the customer than the customer could speak. Called today to have my drainage cleaning re-booked as no one had called me back from Tuesday last week. The custom service rep was nothing but snotty when I said I have been waiting for a call back all week. That the original plumber ran out of time last week to get to the outside of the house and he would have the office call us to rebook. We called and got told dispatch was off. Called today and was told guy was off Thurs and Friday this week. Asked for next week got told he could do it Wednesday this week. Maybe she had a bad day, lost likely management has no choose but to keep employed due to lack of CSR on the market. Either way she is un-employable

Got the sewage blockage at the restaurant and it was cleared less than an hour. They had done professional and on-time. Excellent job. Recommended !

I scheduled someone to come the next day to deal with a clogged drain, then had to call back in a panic when my suite bathroom started flooding ...I had someone there within the hour and took all of 15mins to assess and unplug...what a lifesaver and quick service!!! Very happy

Never showed up. Yelled at me on the phone that I made up an appointment even though I had the phone number and call saved on my phone. Very rude. Changing companies forever. The office ladies told me they don't deal with the type of plumbing issue I had. A minute later said they do deal with it it's something that they would of sent someone over asap for and not book for the following week. So I asked ok can you send someone now. And I was told no and they would not let me book another appointment Management should look into this. Owner is losing business if they choose who can book an appointment.

We set up an appointment with them 3 days ago, explaining then that there was a leak beneath our dishwasher. They said they could come today to fix it. Then this morning one hour AFTER they were to arrive they called and said it's an appliance repair issue not plumbing....even though they haven't even looked, and had known it was a dish washer leak 3 days ago..... The plumber said he could come out but he wouldn't fix it and would still charge for the call. Super professional Roto rooter!
