Fantastic, prompt, and friendly service. Jason got the root of the issues with my water heater and humidifier. He installed a new water heater, fixed my humidifier and kept me well informed on what work had been done how to mitigate issues from happening in the future. I’ve used Mariner for years and will always trust them with my plumbing.

Called Jason and had him repair a wax seal issue on a toilet that was more involved than just a normal replacement - broken flange. He fit me into his schedule and did an excellent repair. This is the second time using Mariner Mechanical and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Had them replace a water heater earlier this year, and had to call them again recently when our house flooded due to a failing faucet (UGH) . Jason came right away and worked on our home like it was his own. From the paperwork for our insurance company to installing new hardware, we were super happy with his attention to detail and great communication. After having a different plumber install a water softener and hand me "spare" parts that I had to tell him were necessary, it's refreshing to work with a professional who has your back. You can probably find cheaper plumbers, but after being burned (er ... flooded) by water, there are some things I don't think are worth saving a few dollars over.

Worst service, the girl in the office is slow or something and the actusl guy I had come to my home was awful, rude and incompetent and then tried to charge me a ridiculous price for absolutely nothing. Had to hire a different company to fix this guys mistake!!
