Don't waste your time with these clowns...cant do warranty work that you are supposed but when you tell the customer that its 3 hours to take out the hot water tank and put a one is down right outrageous and at a cost of $382 plus tax...wow that's a special kind of lazy even by union standards...funny it only takes one hour to change a tank from drained but I guess you clowns already know that
