Had a blockage from the wet room (washer and sink) down into the basement but everything else in the house worked without issue so not an urgent call out. Called Scott after a long weekend and he was able to be at my house within 2 hours and able to fix the issue (ice in drainage pipe) within 30 minutes. He was personable, understanding, knew his craft and had the right machinery. I would not hesitate using his services again.

When you find a great plumber you want to keep him all to yourself, but that's not very fair to him, is it? Shows up as promised, price consistent with estimate, no hidden fees, no surprises, pleasant, articulate, shares information about how to maintain the equipment.

Needed a main shut-off replacement and a water softener relocation. Scott showed up and was very knowledgeable. Excellent work ethic and great pricing. Would recommend him to anyone.

This is at least the third time that I've had to turn to Scott for help with a plumbing issue. He was able to stop by the same day and he had the problem fixed within no time. He's the first person I call when I need plumbing help.
