The Drain Doctor

Tried to get a technician for about a week, never showed up, good pricing but unreliable service. Is not worth to try.

I would definitely have The Drain Doctor do work for me again. Jared was a great plumber and fixed my drain problem within a half hour of arriving. He was prompt, very polite and charged me the exact price that I was quoted when I set up the appointment. Call these guys for all your drain clogging issues, they are the best!

Its hard enough dealing with frozen pipes let alone a rude impatient receptionist.Their customer service sucks. I found a way better place don't waste your time with companies who don't accentuate good customer service.???? try Alpine drilling way better and polite when booking.

From the first call to delivery of service the experience was excellent. There technician was conscious about keeping the work space clean at all times and after he was done cleaned from the area of work to the back door. I highly recommend this company. Great job
