Waste of time! I filled out the online form to get an online coupon, and was instead contacted via a phone call from the BC office. We returned the call and was told we would be contacted by a Calgary tech. The tech called within a few hours and discussed our issues, he then asked us to call the head office again and get us added to his schedule for the next day. We did, and were told the tech would call when he was on his way. The next day we waited at home the entire day, and no plumber arrived or even called us to cancel.
The staff at High Mark Plumbing in Calgary have bent over backwards getting our house back in order after our flood. They have been very accommodating, patient and kind. We are very pleased with their level of service and will be referring others. Thanks again guys. Maureen Stevens Calgary, AB
