Instant Plumbing & Heating

In the past while, we have had an array of plumbing issues. Flooding, sewer back-up and blocked pipes. Recently, our kitchen sinks were totally blocked, half full of water and unusable. I called Instant Plumbing and Jason arrived promptly for my early morning appointment and was able to clear the blockage and make the necessary repairs to fix the sink and drainage problems. We decided to replace the soft water tank and Jason arrived the following week to install our new system. The night before we had another back up in the laundry room and Jason was able to locate and remove the source of our issues. Jason was extremely professional, friendly and conscientious and he really went out of his way to get the job done right. I especially appreciated his empathy to our situation and his respect in dealing with our home that has been in the family for over 60 years. He has brought us a level of comfort we did not have before with regards to the plumbing. It's difficult to find businesses that operate with integrity these days however we found it with Instant Plumbing and Jason. I would not hesitate to recommend them highly to all my family and friends. I especially appreciate everything Jason did for us and also thank his helpers, Dustin & Ben.

We had a water leak and Instant Plumbing was the fastest to be able to help us. Anthony G was punctual, professional, respectful and friendly. He was able to explain the issue and fix it promptly. He was also able to provide some information about a few items nearing their end of life and gave us some ideas to think about as well as able to thoroughly answer questions for us. We would call again.

These guys are fantastic! Been using them for years. The servicemen (Tyler for sure) are very knowledgeable. They give you the best price and can do the work within days. That's what I call service!! We had two separate flooding incidents this week and had Instant Plumbing out to fix both of them. They were able to respond right away with great technicians (Derek & Greg) and great service!
