They wrote a detailed description of all they did. inspect the rest of our house plumbing for issues and this was free of charge. they depressurized our house and brought it back to 65 PSI , originally it was 92 PSI. our water pressure is the same as before. Reduction of the water pressure will help a safe and better plumbing and pipe system.

Had Konrad from Mr. Rooter in to install a new toilet, a new PRV and fix another toilet that had a small leak. He showed me everything upfront (cost wise), gave me great detail on everything he was going to do, showed me the final results after finishing up, cleaned up properly and was just extremely pleasant, answers any questions I had and I am once again extremely satisfied with all work done. Highly recommended.

I was immediately able to talk to Konrad on the phone that same night regarding an issue that I had. It was not an emergency and I was able to book first thing the next business day. He was able to quickly determine both the cause and solution of the water issue. Very patient with all my questions and answered every concern I had. Fantastic team and coordination! The Mr Rooter team left my house and backyard looking better than prior to the sewer line replacement work.
