If I could give 6 stars to Quicker Rooter, I would! We have used their services a few times over the past 5 years (for clogged drains, leaky pipes, water tank replacement) and it's always been top of the line. Karen is a very nice person to deal with on the phone and Alexander is the best plumber, he is very focused, he knows what he is doing and doesn't waste his time. And last but not the least, their pricing is fair. Search no more for the best plumbing services, you found it.
From the rep to the service technician, Quicker Rooter's service is quick, clean, and extremely professional. Alexander was very thorough with cleaning our clogged drains, he was also very patient with explaining the cause of our kitchen sink clogging. He cleaned the area afterwards as well. Karen, the rep, was very friendly to talk to. She called in the following day to do a quick check to see if the repairs are good and was very helpful with processing our payment. I highly recommend using their services and will gladly use them again for future repairs.
