Ian sets the bar super high! He is super prompt with communication, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very comfortable having him work in our home, and trust his opinion and work 110%. Will use the water heater wizard again if needed!!
What a great find these guys are. Top notch professional and timely service. It was Christmas eve when my water heater decided to call is a day. Other famous guys in town tried to rip me a part with super huge estimate and was even rude. So i called Water Heater wizard. Best service, Hands down. Super Quick. Caring and friendly attitude and solved my problems like it was his own. briefing and information regarding new water heater was given to me in very very professional way. We had a problem with our furnace. We were unsure of what was wrong so I called the water heater wizard (Ian) to assist with trouble shooting. His response was immediate.
