If we were able to give them more than 5 stars we would give them 10. We have been working with Family Plumbing and Heating since October 2018 and they have yet to offer us anything other than exceptional, professional and friendly service. We can contact them any day any time and without hesitation they are there. A good example of this: During the cold spell this winter we had an emergency incident where a boiler went down @ 11:30 pm on a Friday at one of our rental properties. We contacted Family and there were on scene within minutes fully ready and prepared to rectify the issue. If you are in need of a plumbing company we HIGHLY recommend Family!
Very impressed! Brenden showed up on time with all the necessary skills, equipment, and know-how. He replaced the broken parts, and had our showering working again in minutes, all for a very reasonable price. Super knowledgeable and dependable. Highly recommend!
