I called Velocity Mechanical Solutions for a quote on the sub pump. Matthew came out and assess my situation he recommended I have a sewer line inspection done as well. (I am so grateful he did ) Ended up that my sewer line in my house (over 60 years old )had completely cracked in half. This was a big job and a very stressful situation for me. For I had no knowledge of what the next step to take was. Matt carefully explained everything fully so I understood what was needed to be done. He answered all my questions, concerns, and phone calls in a very professional and prompt manner. I can’t express enough the excellent quality of service Matt and his team provided to me on replacing my sewer line and sub pumps in my basement. Matt was awesome start to finish. He had figured out and fixed within an hour the a/c that 2 other companies wasted my money and time. And he was there the very next day after speaking with him. And fora great price strongly recommend giving these guys a call if you want it done right by someone who cares.

From beginning to end working with Velocity was a pleasure. Very professional, kept to their schedule and quote, and were very easy to communicate with. They did a wonderful job moving our gas line and installing our furnace. Not only was the crew efficient but they were very clean - leaving our place cleaner then when they arrived!
