I watched a Journeyman from this company spend an entire day assembling a toilet on the Jobsite I was at. Spends 2 hours complaining about it, goes out to the truck, talks on his phone for another 2 hours, then comes back in and spends the next 3 working so slow, he was almost going backwards.

Took them an hour and a half to call me back then told me couldn't give me quote cuz he had to go for a meeting and then like never call me back don't worry didn't need hot water anyways so went to another company to help me out the same day

Upfront, honest and prompt service from these guys on an A/C freon recharge, at a reasonable cost. Very pleasant on the phone to deal with, and unlike other competitors, did not give the run-around of doing a dozen or more tests when we had already narrowed down the problem. The tech onsite, who was also very personable, also recommended a few other fixes we could do ourselves to make our HVAC more efficient and save money over hiring others to do them. Highly recommend.
