Muskoka Plumbing and Heating

Jason worked at my addition a couple of days late last Fall to do some pipe fitting (propane) for me. Work quality seemed good. We didn't get the work done before the snow came and so I never got hooked up. Jason billed me partially (about 75%) for the work with a promise to come back and finish in the Spring. I've been trying for over 4 months now to get Jason to return my calls to finish the job. I've left a dozen voice messages and/or emails over 4 months and he has made no contact whatsoever. I'd move on to another pipe fitter except that Jason has been paid for most of the job and has only completed about 1/2 the work and I'd like him to honor his commitment and finish the job (or return some of the money so that I can hire someone else). Jason ... contact me and finish the work and I'd be happy to adjust my review. But at this stage I would not recommend him.

Jay was able to show up to our cottage the morning after our call / request for service. He was polite, clean and respectable of our property. Cost was reasonable.

Jay is s great guy very professional. Replaced our Furnace and installed a new on demand hot water heater. Great work and priced was fair. Definitely be using this company again.
