When we bought our house 3 years ago we find out that we have a very big problem with our drain system (Roots) as well an old water supply coming in from the City inside. When we find out what’s the cost and plus what needs to be done we were not really happy. The quotes were high the budget was low plus every plumbing company coming to our place were trying to get us signed and get a deposit. We kind of already decided who is going to do the work until our neighbor had a plumber come in to do some service. We asked him if he can give us a quote and right on the spot we knew that this guy was the most knowledgeable drain man among all who visited us before. Not only that his price was lower at least 20% then others he gave us a presentation of a new way of installation with less digging involved. We wanted to get signed and we are very happy we did. They did a very accurate job, always on time very professional.

I had a problem with a drain repair outside. I called a few plumbing companies and their prices were sky-high. A good friend of mine recommended to call Drain Home. I contacted them and they send their employee within an hour to estimate the damage. The guy named Alex inspected the pipe with his camera and identified the problem section of pipe right away. Alex explained that it's very common for tree roots to wedge their way into pipes. He returned with his team the next morning and repaired the busted pipes. I had to work the day of the repair. Drain Home called me and advised what they would do next and then they called again once the job was complete. I hope I never need a plumber again but if I do, I'll definitely call Drain Home.

These guys are amazing! Andrew and his crew did a fantastic job! The showed up on time, gave me an estimate, were down to earth and very genuine. They worked until very late in order to get my water and sewer working again asap. That's dedication to customer service! This was a big job requiring digging maybe 6-8' below grade and these guys handled it beautifully. I will always use Drainhome in the future and recommend them to every one I meet. The crew from HomeDrain were amazing. Not only did they get the job done in less time than was quoted, there was a minimal amount of disruption to my landscaped front garden. They even replanted one of my ornamental bushes that had been removed during the digging process. I would highly recommend them over the competition!

We are very pleased with the work performed by Andrew and his crew.  He quoted on replacing our drainage pipes beneath the basement floor (50') and the installation of a back water valve. After digging to expose the drainage pipes and removing them, they found some of the drains were completely clogged with dirt and tree roots. They replaced all of the drainage pipes including the drain as well as some of the pipes connected to the house plumbing. Andrew made sure our house plumbing was properly vented and drained. After a rain, excess ground water collected in the trench. Andrew recommended and installed weeping tiles and a sump pump with battery back up which was then properly drained outside the house. Throughout the process, he also explained the benefits, and the rebates available to us. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the crew and the excellent job they did of cleaning up after the work was completed both inside and outside our home.
