Horrible experience!!...was referred to technician Sam, who said he would call back with a quote,...2 hours later he hadn't called, I called back, He said he hadn't even started yet, I asked he if would get to house today, and he said "I'm busy: When I asked why he hadn't told me 2 hours earlier, he said "then go ahead and call somebody else, I don't care"...unbelievable!!!

We had them do our Kitek replacement and it was fantastic. In and out within 48 hours. The guys came early to setup, waited outside patiently while we finished breakfast, and then got to work literally the second we walked out the door. We did some shopping around and ended up saving about 25 - 30% compared to our original vendor, which was nice.

I was deciding between a couple different kitec replacement companies and chose Southern Cross because of the price. But, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.. I wish I would have spent the extra dollars because Southern Cross was not a good experience. It seemed like they were rushing through the project and not caring about the work they were providing. I didn’t get a good feeling from the employees either as none of them would so much as strike up a conversation with me.. And I had to pay for cleaners once they were finished because my home was such a mess. I’d recommend spending the extra money in the first place to know you are receiving good service from the start.
