Michelangelo's Plumbing Inc

I've used this company for 9 years and have always had great service from them. Unfortunately I recently called them for service and specifically told them I need a 180 ft snake and was quoted a price. The guy came and did the service and then charged me $50 more than my quoted price. They agreed they gave me the original quote, but refused to give me my $50 back. I'm very disappointed and will no longer be using them.

I am a local home inspector and Michelangelo's Plumbing is one of the very few plumbers that I recommend. As a home inspector, it is vital that I refer honest and reputable service people and Michalangelo has always treated my clients with respect and honesty. Highly recommend.

Michelangelo's Plumbing is in business and successful. They are a home-based business. The above street address is a PO Box only. The owner & dispatch work in a converted home. Plumbers visit YOU, not you visit them. Super people who are kind and price fair. Michelangelo has great customer loyalty. Call dispatch for help with you next plumbing concern. They are a great business.

Do not use this company - rip off artist. They gave poor/misleading information which if followed would have cost lots $$$ and would have not resolved the issue. When asked about other options they became defensive and rude. be advised these guys are out to make a fast buck.
