Great experience for me. I had a main line stoppage so it was an emergency but Alex and Sarkis showed up within 2 hours (lightning fast for a plumber, in my experience) and got right to work. They found the main and the clean-out within a minute and were immediately on it. It was a pretty hot day so working outside was unpleasant, to say the least, but that didn't slow them down at all. Long story short, they were in and out in 25 minutes flat, drain working good as new once again. Last but not least, I have to say their rates are more than reasonable and their behavior is nothing short of very professional and polite. Alex and Sarkis are now my go-to plumbers from here on out.
