I recently had to update my baseboard heating (Rads) In the basement. After calling and getting several quotes I decided to use their service as they seemed very professional, especially Derek. I liked him the very first time when he came to assess the project,he was professional and very courteous. What I also liked about the Company is they email you with picture about the person who will work on your project prior day and also tell you briefly about the technician. The work is done very professionally. Overall great Co and highly professional people to work with. Thanks Hoerner and thanks Derek.Great job. Would highly recommend this Company.

Appreciated that the central office let me know that the plumber was delayed at previous appointment. Upon arrival, Stephen assessed what needed to be done and efficient finished within 30 min. Friendly, honest and efficient.

Boy, has Hoerner gone down hill!! I've used them for over 10 years and they provided great service, but lately they have slipped. Firstly they are extremely expensive now, and, they never follow up with their consultations. last year, they came to replace some bathroom taps and it took them 6 months after I called them to remind them when the replacements were available to be installed. this year, I needed some changes in my bathroom drains and a replacement of water heater. I paid 85$ for the visit and consultation and they never followed up with water heater replacement nor with bathroom drain repairs, so I just called another plumber.

Claire & her colleagues arrived on time. They were careful when removing the old water heater & extra careful when putting the new one in place. She was very thorough in her work & explained the procedures that she performed. She also answered all my questions regarding valves, plumbing, gas lines, vents, etc. She knows her stuff! When the job was completed she went over everything with me & explained how everything works. I highly recommend Claire & Hoerne Heating & Plumbing. Hugh Lee

Thank goodness for Hoerner! Heating and hot water went out on a Tuesday night...Hoerner came Wednesday morning and had it all fixed before noon. Totally exceeded all my expectations. Andrew was professional, fair and very attentive to details. Will definitely call Hoerner back to repair or install HVAC anytime.
