AC unit went down two days ago. Reliance sent a technician same day I called, Marcel was very knowledgeable and courteous. After trying to source the issue a new part had to be ordered. It arrived next day and was installed and the unit is now working perfectly. House is cool again. Thank you Reliance and thank you Marcel for your great service.

The technician's came to my home and checked on the water heater that is installed in my home. They said that everything looked good. Provided me with some suggestions on water temperature stating it was a little high we agreed to turn it down. They also asked about my carbon monoxide detectors and advised me to test them and make sure there is one on every floor. I feel they were very thorough And gave me some solid information.

Our water tank was leaking so we called the 1-866 # in order to get a technician to repair it. We made the right decision. Steve, the company technician, looked at the water tank and knew immediatelly the cause of the leakage. He replaced the damaged drain valve and gave me important info regarding the water tank parts and water softener as well in order to protect our appliances.
