I had a blocked kitchen drain and was quoted $150 by the Belyea receptionist to fix the job. The tech arrived on time and fixed the problem in 55 minutes from arrival at my front door. He demanded another $150 for a second hour and added $90 for parts he had to insert into my out pipe so as to be able insert the snake. He then added $100 as kitchens are more expensive to clear than bathrooms! Total $490+tax. I was able to aggressively haggle the price down to $240+ tax with an invitation to take me to small claims. Not a pleasant experience. Be very careful using this plumber. I note on the invoice that the old established business of Belyea is now actually operated by The Drain Main Inc.

I would highly recommend BELYEA PLUMBING & DRAINS. I had an issue with my drains and had tree roots in the pipe. I had two other companies come and give me an estimate but so glad I decided to call Belyea for another opinion. The technician ran a camera down and actually showed me the blockage first hand. When the crew (Mike & Soheil) came to do the excavation they were quick and efficient and very polite & professional. Highly recommend Belyea Plumbing & drains.

I should have called them first. My drains all backup up over the basement. Called someone who came in and charged me $815 plus tax and did not even get my drain running!!!!!! I was still left with a basement full of sewage. A friend told me about Belyea so I called them. They came out in about 2 hours. I believe his name was Brian. He quickly determined the problem was something called a building trap outside. He was able to get my drain running again on a temporary basis. He showed me with a camera that the drain was broken which was the cause of the problem. He had a crew come out 2 days later and dug up the broken drain. The total bill was less than $5,000 including tax. I have told all my friends to call them and not waste time with others.
