Chris and his team SEEM like the nicest, most accommodating people. But after charging $1000/day for 5 days work for about an hour a day, and leaving things BROKEN, damaged, and pounds of garbage, debris, paint splatters, drywall pieces and putty stains everywhere, Dennis, Chris and the team really showed their true colours. EXTREMELY rude and money hungry vultures. Avoid Jermark like the plague!! Our condo residents are all fed up and as is the concierge with daily complaints from all that are shocked at their disgusting practices. Will now be hiring another plumber/painter to fix the damages that Chris’ team caused but denied, despite photo evidence. They use the CHEAPEST plastic materials, the smallest amount of tubing possible (can’t even stretch half an inch), offer only a one year warranty, and if they break something, they expect YOU to pay for it (parts+labour+installation+tax)...even the cartridges for your sink/showers and paint!! You’d receive better service from a plumber who’s number you get off a hydro pole flyer.

Scam! Please do not trust these guys! They quoted a job for my parent's condo to replace a water valve, which was less than 1 hour work, and they quoted us less than $150 but billed us $459.00 after only worked 30 minutes. We were shocked and when we didnt agree to the amount, they threatened to put a lien on our property. We are in the process of filing a complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario. One star is being generous!

Apparently its impossible to speak to a human at this company. I called numerous times regarding Kitec replacement and received not one call or email in return. How unprofessional!!! I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommending that my building do the same.

Hello .... Jermark recently spent about a month and a half replacing Kitec plumbing in our condo. The workers were efficient, careful of the property and polite. Chris came by at the end of each day to make sure the days work had been completed correctly. I want to thank Chris, Dennis, Moses, Bobby, Alex, Steve and Jason who did the work in my Unit for doing such a great job. It was total upheaval but they made it seem bearable. I actually think we kind of miss you guys. I would highly recommend Jermark to anyone who needed to have plumbing done. Regards, Merle The Hemingway
