The service was absolutely excellent and very quick. He was very kind and detailed in his explanation as to what the problem was. Very grateful.
Matt was really a great guy! Checked the problem, explained what happened.. and solution in order to prevent future problems.. explained everything step by step. Nice genuine person in general. He even got along with my son and promised to give him a book next time =) He's on time showing up.. and price is very reasonable.. I would really recommend wrench it up! Very satisfied
We are very pleased with their service. Ian came shortly after I contacted the company, looked at the situation and listened to our concerns for the new toilet, bought one, and installed it. Professional and friendly behavior.
