Called Plumbers Direct; got a reply immediately. They came to disconnect water to refrigerator's ice maker and change sink faucet. They were knowledgeable and fast working. Cleaned after their work and were very polite. I would recommend this company with no hesitation. M. Castellanos

I called Plumbers Direct because the clean-out on my main plumbing stack was leaking. My call was responded to promptly and the issue was addressed in an efficient and cost- effective manner. I was very pleased with the service provided by Plumbers Direct and would hire them again for future plumbing needs.

I have been desperate to find a plumbing company who could finish the work in my small studio and close the plumbing permit. By the time I have found Plumbers Direct I had feeling that the project would never be finished, never pass City plumbing inspection and I will never open my business. However Plumbers Direct are indeed miracle workers! From the first conversation with the business owner (Peter) I felt this company is something of the next level. They are very professional and knowledgeable, they were able to finish everything in ONE day! I was absolutely amazed! Everything was installed nice and neat, team also cleaned everything after they finished the work. Peter was here for the inspection and promised if anything else needed to be done on their side, he would find the closest availability and do it within the shortest possible time. Needless to say the the work was done perfectly and my place passed the final plumbing inspection at once:) I am beyond happy with the company and definitely recommend Plumbers Direct!

Five stars are actually not enough this time. Plumbers Direct is not only efficient, reasonable, honest, generous, helpful, and considerate but in every way friendly in the best sense. A very large job, very messy, very complicated---all done with immense skill, smiles, good rapport, and no mess afterward. Bravo!!!!!!

Delightful. Immediate response to calls and email. Gave options and opinion with no sales pitch. No "is your husband available?". . Price was realistic and less than some. Works well with other contractors :). Peter was always available for questions ... and they were answered. His staff, who did the actual work, was quiet, clean and, although it was a lot of work, seemed quick. Wish they were electricians too! Work completed: sump pump with back up; new toilet; new and relocated exterior faucet.
