I know that they are very talented fixing spa pumps, but Customer service is lacking. I called to ask a simple question and was basically hung up on.
I called told what pump I had and Soni drove all the way out there in rush hour traffic to be told he can't fix it
I've been dealing with Ajax Pump & Motor for over 10-years, he's repaired 3-pool pumps, 2-spa pumps, and 4-furnace motors for me ... excellent service, knows his stuff, no surprises ... highly recommended.
The Gentlemen I spoke with was very helpful. I brought my spa pump into the shop, he showed me what the problem was, and fixed it at a reasonable price. He had me going again in under 24 hours! I would deal with them again. Top notch shop and service. Thank you!
