Richard gave me a quick and accurate estimate for the work to be done and promptly came as soon as I called and he was in the area. The work was done quickly but thoroughly making sure the plumbing was up to code. All in all he was very efficient and knowledgeable, I look forward to hiring his services for future renovation work.

Called up Richard at 1:13 pm on Monday got an estimate over the phone. Said he would be at my house by 4:00 pm and he was. Talk about Responsiveness and Puncutaility, Richard knows the value of committment and time. He fixed the issue promptly and his charges were as he quoted even slightly lower. I had leak from toilet in master en-suite washroom to ceiling in dining room. Not sure who to call but when I saw this company that have a lot of positive reviews on Google, I decided to call them.
