I live just down the street from one of the owners/brothers(family owned business) they came to give me a quote on a dishwasher installation. Told me they would get back to me in two hours, they didnt....next day I had to call and ask if they had come up with a quote they took my number again and said they would be in touch within the day....and I never heard back. Considering I literally live like 10 doors down and they won't call me back I'd say they are very unreliable. Gautier and sons came and gave me a reasonable quote and installed two days later I would suggest calling them not Reese :)

I called them this morning, a Sunday at 11:10 a.m. . I got their answering service and I was told I would get a call back very soon. It is now 4:30 in the afternoon still no calls. I guess you can understand that I did call another plumber. Why bother to say you're a 24-hour service if you're not going to answer your calls
