The true measure of a professional is how he/she reacts when things don't go right. Our toilet tank had a hard-to-fit flapper valve and Dave went out of his way, twice, to replace it when the first and second solutions didn't work, charging us only the minimum for his efforts. The job got done right, though through no fault of his own, it took longer than expected.
