I give this company only 1 star for at least showing up. We were having trouble with our water heater...randomly no hot water. One of there plumbers came to look. Said he was gonna go back and talk to someone at the shop and they would get back to me. Well 5 days later and still no call. Well woke up this morning with NO HOT WATER AGAIN!!! And this time is didn't come back! Don't use this company at all.
Always had great service from these guys. Honest, efficient and friendly.
the only reason for the 1 star was because the lady answered the phone and was polite....Mark the employee disrespected me by wasting my time and lying to me ...he agreed to come and do a job then cancelled due to not having city locate for main shut off and said he would be there on monday morning and by 11:00 am I started to track him down and he had no intention in coming to my house to do the job and I had been counting on him coming...I had heard this about the company but being self employeed myself I could not believe businesses would operate like this ...but indeed true to talk on the street. dont call them
Very home grown business and are efficient at getting to the bottom of yór plumbing problems...gi e them a ca) if your in the area.
$3100 for job that should have been $1000 max - never again!
