Says they close at 9. Tried calling at 8:30, guess they check out at 8:30. I'll find someone else that's reliable.

My recent encounter with this company was a terrible experience. I'm an Amazon delivery driver and had a couple deliveries on W. Acacia Ave. in Glendale. As I was making a delivery on the street provided an MOE employee was aggressively honking trying to get by to pull in his driveway. This man shouted at me every name in the curse book. He speeded to get by with his company's pick-up truck and as a result side swiped my mirror. He continue to violently shout at me as he got off his vehicle to approch me. This man was very close to attacking me while his children (about 8 and 10) laughed and his wife watched. I left the area afraid and unable to complete my deliveries on that street. He is a poor representation of a man and his company. Please becareful who you let in your home. This man can possibly be the one (he looks Asian).

Friday 5/17/19 Steven checked out our leaky shower and told us he will have to order parts. Not having heard back from him after 7 days, called them today 5/24. Receptionist said he was not at work, and she said that her computer shows that we were supposed to order the parts!!??. Now, we have to wait till Tuesday 5/28 before she can let us know. That's 11 days of leakage. We were misled. Terrible company. Please don't use them or you will get the same runaround

Excellent Service !!! We contacted Moe's Plumbing regarding an issue with a shower located on our second story. We had house guests from out of town on their way and our shower was out of commission. Moe's responded promptly and professionally. From the call with Customer Service to the arrival and completion of the repair by the repair Technician, the service was EXCELLENT. We would recommend Moe's to anyone searching for a reputable plumber. Thank you for the great service.

Originally, I had a frustrating experience with Moe's Plumbing. They sent out the wrong type of person to repair the leak I had, and then when the issue wasn't resolved, they sent out a second person and charged me a 2nd time. When they heard how frustrated I was, however, they were very polite and have since improved the situation.
