Initially had an issue with providing a part and install date. Owner responded well and was apologetic for the mixup, took the lead in the situation and ensured he resolved the issue personally. Very happy with the response and the service. Very informative during install and walked me through the process of the work they were doing.

After waiting for two days for an emergency situation, the absolute lowest cost to clear a blocked toilet was $867.72!!!!!! This was a rental property with a non functioning toilet and I was trapped between a rock and a hard place. I signed to go ahead, although I was clearly shocked and dismayed at the price. I always called Mr. Rooter in the past. I called the owner to discuss this exorbitant price. I was treated with condescension. The owner spoke in a taunting nature. A change in ownership is to the detriment to this company. The previous owner was wonderful to deal with and the prices were within a normal and acceptable range. $867.72 is not. This was a gouge plain and simple.. I will never call Mr. Rooter again.

Had rough in done and relocation of water softner and water filtration. We had flooding due to a faulty installation every time our system had back wash which resulted in an insurance claim. Was told they would be back after one year for an inspection this did not happen. $10000 for a rough in with a pump up ejector pit I would expect more from the owner Shawn. I have not recommended this company and will not recommend this company in the future. I don't mind paying for work if service is there unfortunately this company fails in both aspects over priced and bad customer service.

We had issues with our water supply rapidly dwindling to a trickle which on a farm with animals is an issue. They fit us in, coming later in the evening and got our problem solved. They were friendly, courteous and walked us through what had happened. Can't say enough good things about them and will definitely call them again.

On Sunday Morning, I was pleased to see the Mr. Rooter truck pull up my driveway, an actual half hour early. The technician, Ron, greeted me with a smile and a firm handshake and nodded attentively as we reviewed the areas of my basement affected by a small sewage backup. He reassured me that he would be able to identify the problem in short order, would likely be able to remedy the problem today and set me out on a maintenance program to prevent this from recurring in the future. I selected the Premium package with the Hydro-Scrub option, to ensure that I was taking every step possible to mitigate this situation. Ron set up his equipment quickly and went straight to work. He invited me to review the video with him as he identified the type and location of the blockage, and then proceeded to clean all the drain pipes. We then reviewed all findings and were able to complete all paperwork and payment within a few minutes. Very efficient. We are very pleased that we called Mr. Rooter; our anxiety about our drain pipes has been replaced with confidence. And I can say without reservation that Ron is a friendly, articulate, capable and knowledgeable technician who represents his company exceedingly well. Thank you, Bob
